  Dear participants of 3 Days O Zvůle 2003,
  
  In the third stage of three days competition, due to the mistake of the organizer, some of competitors starting at times 60-100 were not allowed to run at their exact starting times. The organizer asked the jury of the competition for evaluating the situation and it was decided that in all classes where some competitors were affected (all except D21B, D35B, H10, H21B, H35B), the time of the third stage will be measured from control point 1 to the finish. The results of the third stage as well as the final results of 3 days O were changed accordingly.
  
  In the name of the organizer, I would like to appologize for the problem that led to the adjustment of 3rd stage results. Although a technical problem contributed to the failure, we feel that only we as organizers are to blame for the situation. We struggled with the help of the jury to find the solution of a problem that we caused. However, it is clear to us that any solution chosen will hit part of the competitors, which is also the case of the solution applied. Believe us that we are very sorry for that and accept please our apology.
